You get the plan run back. If a run can't deliver, it's refunded automatically — you only pay for delivered work.
A quarter is long enough for slow weeks and busy weeks to even out — you're not racing a month-end clock, you're using your iSpirit when the work's there. Plan runs reset at the start of each quarter.
Yes. Raising your iSpirit is always free. Upgrade when the iSpirit's learned enough about your world that you want it doing real work alongside you.
You drop to Free at the end of the billing period. Your iSpirit, your journals, your memories — all stay. You lose the quarterly plan runs (40/400) but keep everything you've built.
It's our early-adopter reward. One payment now supports the product's development and gets you Plus features for as long as iSpirits Cloud exists.
There isn't a time limit. Paid plans fund the free one. When your 10 plan runs for the quarter are used up, planning and chat keep working; the digital work waits for the next quarter or an upgrade.
Yes, within 14 days of your first subscription payment: email [email protected] for a full refund. Renewals and the Lifetime purchase aren't refundable for a change of mind, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Yes. It sees only what you've chosen to share. Export everything from your profile anytime; delete a single entry at once, or your whole account with a 30-day window to change your mind. Where it's stored and which providers process it: Your data, plainly.
Yes — on any plan, for your own work and your own business, including as a sole trader. What isn't allowed: reselling access, or several people sharing one login (Terms §4).
